Not blogging away...

Okay, okay, I'm a bad blogger. Don't have it in me to keep this up
to date. Last night we drove from our beloved Ogonequit, ME to
Kennebunkport to Portland to Quebec City. Along the way we saw a
moose with her baby, a wolf, and a fox along the side of the road.
Reaching the old part of the city at 2:30 am was a relief. Will have
a wonderful few days here!

Arrived safely and will head out to MA tomorrow...

It's wonderful to be back in New England. Managed to find a place
called "Al's Fry Place" in Burlington, VT. Great artificially
flavored shake, extra greasy fries, and about $1 burger. It was
themed as a diner and had a "road of death" defending it from people
trying to cross the street to get to it. Will upload a pic when I
can figure out how to do that.

Off to a good start!

Okay, it's past 3:00 am and I'm finished packing. It's been my
experience that all great trips start off with little sleep and some
mishaps. Hoping the latter does not happen. Am really looking
forward to seeing the fall colors of my native New England. Go
Patriots!!!

Lot's going on

Okay, I don't update this blog enough. Took a vacation to Mexico a couple of weeks ago and ate lots of Mangos on the beach with a pocket knife. Lots of fun. Summer and ultimate frisbee is underway. Overall, things are going well.

Virginia Tech - Memorial fund

As an alumnus of Virginia Tech, I volunteered many hours to improve that school. Seems that it needs more help in a material way. So, I'd like to reach out to the greater community to to raise some funds.

My modest goal is to raise $1,000 to contribute to the newly established memorial fund. If you would like to do something to help in this national tragedy, please consider supporting my efforts with a financial contribution.
